Lava was my next big ship after bruise/geode when I was little and I’m gonna say it still is after getting back into it, just give them some more development and get them together lol, nothing more powerful than getting two ninja together without one of them being introduced as a romance interest
Like instead of just throwing in some random character because I do not trust ninjago’s randomly thrown in love interests even if it would be gay, just make lavashipping canon, like yeah Skylor exists but she and Kai don’t rlly have much going on, and what Ninjago needs is a casual friendly break up lol, even if they never even started dating in the first place.
(Some) People say “give Cole a boyfriend” well may I propose that, since although jay/cole is a gucci ship, the writers will absolutely not give up jaya after all this time, Cole should date… Kai?
